The year long Stampin' D'Amour swap that I'm in took December off. The hostess selected the themes for January: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, winter, snowflakes, Mardi Gras. I combined winter and snowflakes.
I've had an ARTchix collage sheet with these ladies in blue for a long while now. So I cut them out and used the different images for a couple of ATCs. The backgrounds for both are the same. A blue shimmer paper from Archiver's (they have a great line of thick shimmer paper in lots of colors). I cut a smaller white paper and masked it. I sprayed Glimmer Mist lightly. Then I stamped the trees in the back.
The finishing touches were some small blue snowflakes in the foreground and a glitter snowflake.
