Not Published (this time)

So, when I first started my blog, I told you I was working on Easter submissions for a magazine. It was hard for me because everybody was working on Halloween stuff and I had the rabbits out! :D Still I sent off 6 entries to Stamper's Sampler with my fingers crossed (since it was my 1st submission).

This weekend my SS issue came and none of my cards were selected for publication. I have others in the pipeline. So while I'm disappointed it didn't work out this time - I'm hopeful for future issues.

  2. These are awesome cards, Deb -- such an impressive arrange of techniques and styles! My favorite is the chocolate Easter bunny card and I'm not just saying that because it's chocolate; it has the perfect vintage feel to it and I love the doilie!

  8. Deb, don't give up! If you didn't get the cards back, they can keep them for over a year before the use them. In fact I've had some of mine show up two years after I submitted them.
