December Daily 2009

I'm really not much of a scrapbooker. That comes mostly from having no kids. I feel narcissistic if I did just ME-ME-ME! I do scrapbook my trips. To branch out a bit I decided last year to do a December Daily album. If you're a fan of Ali Edwards, you know what I'm talking about. You make the album ahead of time and take one picture a day and journal what you were doing. That should be hard for a month right? RIGHT???

I had most of my pages done. I even got the pictures taken each day. But then came printing them out and journaling....not so much. :(

Last month I invited my local stamping buddies to join me at Archiver's for a weekend crop. My goal was to COMPLETE my December Daily before the next December arrived.

I post this on November 30th....as proof that I completed my 2009 December Daily!

  1. ROFL! Seriously, I am such a non-scrapbooker that a page a month is pretty daunting! I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes for you!

  4. I scrap because I have to ... it is NOT one of my favorite activities. My question is how do you remember to take a picture a day? Or maybe it's just me who is so scatterbrained?!!

  5. Woohoooo, you go girl!!! I have an almost-finished 2008 version - no, that's not a typo, LOL! But now since I've got all my Christmas stuff out again, I think I'll finally do it. The only thing left undone is..... the *journaling* for the last 5 days, and a bit of embellishing. I've got notes, just not neatly done. Pathetic, I know, LOL!

Your album looks spectacular - I'd love to see some pages sometime! :)
