Stampin DAmore FEBRUARY & MARCH

These are the last two ATCs in the year long swap on the STAMPIN D'AMOUR site.

FEBRUARY - LOVE:Simple collage. I didn't have a direction going into this other than LOVE. The little fairy girl was watercolored with Distress Ink and aqua pen.

Stamps: Red Lead fair; PaperTrey Ink MIXED MESSAGES
Paper: red card stock, DP, doily, ticket
Ink: Distress Ink and Memento
Accessories: Glitter, glue pen, Martha Stewart border punch, pearl heart, and aqua pen

MARCH - BIRD:The background was created on a 8.5 x 11 sheet of cards stock using the Technique Junkies ANTIQUED GLIMMERS method. After it was dry I stamped Artistic Outpost BIRDS OF A FEATHER background on the cards stock in Walnut Stain. The bird was stamped on cream in Memento, then watercolored with Distressed Ink and my aqua pen.

  1. These are gorgeous! I like this style and you really have a knack for it. I have been wanting to try the distress ink painting, it looks nice. I love how the heart border shows so well against the red paper too.

  7. Aww, I like both of them, but I agree with Kris, the little fairy does tug at your heart strings. Very nicely done with the colors and textures on that card, what's not to love?!
