Tag Tuesday - VALENTINES

I'm out of practice! This is the first time this year I've gotten to play along with Louise's TAG TUESDAY challenge: VALENTINES. And this tag took me about 2 hours too long to make! I'm still not 100% happy with it but sometimes you have to say UNCLE!!

Clip Art: Paper Whimsy
Accessories: Rose stickers, ticket, pearls, glitter, paper lace.
