Tim Holtz - Day 6

I'm getting caught up! I really just used Tim's Day 6 tag as a jumping off point. I love his truck and tree but it's really not "me". So I used the dictionary page background and went from there.

I stamped a five branches on another tag, lightly sponged some color over the stamp, and then cut out the branches. I put a piece of foam tape under one end and regular tape on the other end. The wreath ends up with a lot of dimension. Tim used a brand of "flocking" I'd never heard of before. I used my new Polar White Flower Soft and Stickles.

Stamps: Stampers Anonymous SANTA'S WISH; Cornish Heritage Farms/The Rummage Bin: WINTER VINTAGE SIGNAGE
Paper: tag
Ink: Distress Ink: Antique Linen, Peeled Paint, Pine Needles, Fired Brick, and Black Soot.
Accessories: Ribbon, mini brads, bull clip, Flower Soft, and Stickles.

  3. I love how you turned his tree into a wreath - I like your tag better than his!

  4. I love your tag Deb, especially the dimension on the wreath! I totally forgot all about Tim's tags until tonight (It's been weeks since I've done anything in my craft room, *sigh*). So I've just finished reading through all the tags so far!! Wow!! I knew you'd be on it so I dropped in to see what you were up to :-) I have to get some of that rock candy crackle paint!!
