Still trying to catch up with Tim - here's his
Day 5 tag. Mine is a complete departure from his background method. But I did use an old method of his.

I saw this method on a
YouTube video Tim did for different uses of Distress Ink. This is the first method "wrinkled distress". You gently crumple a tag up into a "ball" then flatten. I sponged my color (ANTIQUE LINEN), then misted with water. The water is left to pool and "drag" the color into the crevices. After the tag is dry, I added more ANTIQUE LINEN and PEELED PAINT around the edges. I stamped Stampin Up! pine cone stamp because it's a bigger branch. I did follow Tim's instructions for the "ornaments". But I used Graphic 45 and Cosmo Cricket paper scraps for the images. I finished by mounting the tag on a piece of green card stock, leaving 1/16" of an edge. The wrinkled distress makes the tag very floppy.
Stamps: Stamping Up! PINECONES
Paper: tag, Graphic 45, Cosmo Cricket
Ink: Distress Ink: Antique Linen, Peeled Paint, and Pine Needles.
Accessories: Fragments, ribbon, brads, rub-on, copper wire, and copper foil.
